Specification the workflow for systems from the receiving stage to the putaway and storage. Receiving and handling of various customer orders, counts management and inventory, while maintaining integration with the SBO system.
Preparing RFP for Suppliers and assisting the supplier selection process.
Specification of interfaces and integration with the ERP-SBO system.
Integration of a radio-shuttle system into the storage system.
Assistance in the detailed design phase with the selected WMS supplier.
Planning and assisting with system testing before go-live.
Assisting on the ramp up phase, inventory migration and the logistic center’s go-live.
Assistance the selection and integration of technologies and hand held terminals.
Preparation of the logistic center’s infrastructure and assisting with the data migration process and the go-live.
Management and optimization of the following activities:
– Stock receiving
– Inventory putaway to designated storage areas and locations
– Order execution and inventory supply to customers, while maintaining SLA service level for customers
– Counter sales management
– Integration and management of operational processes at the logistic center
– Counting and maintaining high inventory reliability
– Management of the logistic center’s equipment resources and transporters
– Effective management and employee incentives
